Does the manager of arsenal need to go?

arsenal manager (aston wenger) has been messing up. he has all this good players on the bench and he puts them on at late in the game when its too late. chamack and robin vanpersie and nickolis bedtner or walcott in front but no he plays one forword until the 85 minute of the match then he puts chamack with vanpersie and attack was much better. let me know in the comments what you think, if aston wenger should leave or stay.
